How it's built
Made for a plant room with no signal
Genuinely offline
Everything happens on the device. Basements, rooftops, riser cupboards — the app does not care whether you have a bar of signal, and nothing queues up waiting to sync.
One customer, every trade
Test a board in January and the extinguishers in June, and it is the same site record. Addresses, contacts and history stop being retyped four times.
Checked before you send
Missing observations, out-of-range Zs, an unclassified defect — flagged on the device before the certificate reaches your client, not after.
Running a firm
Your QS should sign certificates they have actually read
Remote sign-off usually means the Qualified Supervisor pre-authorises a signature that then lands on certificates nobody reviewed. Certably gives them a real review queue instead: the finished certificate, then a signature or a rejection with notes.
